NoFeeNest ("we", "the site") is a free, read-only directory that aggregates publicly posted no-broker-fee rental listings and links to their original sources. We aim to collect as little data as possible.

No accounts, no signup

NoFeeNest has no user accounts, logins, or registration. We do not ask for, collect, or store names, emails, phone numbers, or payment information from visitors.

What we collect

• Standard server logs. Like any website, our hosting and CDN (Cloudflare) process basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to serve the site and prevent abuse.
• No advertising trackers or analytics profiles are used to build personal profiles of you.

Listings

Listings shown on NoFeeNest are aggregated automatically from public sources and link back to the original post, where any contact happens. We do not store landlords' or posters' contact details, and we do not verify listings. Always confirm details independently and never send money before viewing a place in person.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and security.
• YouTube — our move-in guides embed YouTube videos using the privacy-enhanced (youtube-nocookie) mode; YouTube may set cookies only if you click play.
• Affiliate links — our "after you find a place" links (e.g. insurance, movers, internet, furniture) may lead to third-party sites that set their own cookies; their privacy policies govern those sites.
• Pinterest — we publish our own content to Pinterest; visiting our Pinterest profile is governed by Pinterest's privacy policy.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell or rent personal information. We have no personal information to sell — there are no accounts.

Children

NoFeeNest is intended for adults seeking housing and is not directed at children under 13.
