Reporting infringement

If you believe content shown on NoFeeNest infringes your copyright, email our designated agent at [email protected] with the subject "DMCA Notice" and include all of the following:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
The specific URL(s) on NoFeeNest of the material you want removed.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Our response

On receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the identified material. Because most items link to an external source, you may also need to contact that source directly to remove the original post.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter- notice to [email protected] with your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances, restrict access for parties who repeatedly submit infringing material.
